The game disc refuses to spin, even when i help it spin. Any suggestions?

Meh no games anymore. Bought a new cube. Sorry for such a late reply, i'm not so much a forum person anymore. ( This time i got a silver one!  )
anywas...when i get it online, be happy to play some games with someone.
