It works, but you need to use a method involving cwcheat. It won't connect normally.

That link explains how to connect using that method with TF2. Should work the same way with TF3, haven't tested it yet though.

Thanks red rum, I got as good a translation I think i'm gonna get but it still didn't make a whole lot of sense. I get the jist of it, i'm just not familiar with cwcheat but it seems from that it is possible Smile

Ok, here's the code you need for TF3 (jpn version).

Start the game and when the screen says "connecting to channel 1" hold down select for cwc.

When you get to the VS. screen cwc should pop up (if you timed it right).

Activate the cheat which will lock the SSID, so now both players can play using the default lobby SSID.

we do not need ANY cwcheat in order to make Yugioh Tag 3 to work with Xlink Kai.

i have tested in on both custom firmware psp 2000 and original psp 3000 and it works perfectly well. With no cwcheat codes.

sorry to drag up an old topic but i have been having a hard time getting this game working, i have the gw-usMini2N, and out of the last 5 times i tried playing someone it only worked 1 time. the other times it always times out. is there something that needs to be done to work this like a cwcheat or somthing?

me and a friend that lives a few miles away have been trying to get this to work for a few days now and nothing we try seems to do it, refreshing or the cw cheat, no matter how many times we try it, there must be somthing were doing wrong, any chance of a video tutorial or a redicliously detailed step by step guide?

Ive checked the codes over and over and still nothing, though Ill admit the copy paste thing didnt seem to work so I typed it in manually.
