Assuming you have your Planex GW-USMini2N adapter correctly installed, these are the steps you need to follow split into PSP and P/C actions, in order to play Dissidia Final Fantasy online with Xlink Kai.

PSP

1) Load up Dissidia and enter the online lobby as shown:

P/C

2) Load Xlink Kai and goto the appropriate arena:

**NOTE** At this point, your Kai Engine SSID should change:

3) Right-click on your 'Network' connection icon and select 'Network and Sharing Center'.

4) Select 'Manage Network Connections'.

5) Right-click on the wireless network connection that shows the GW-USMini2N, and select 'Connect/Disconnect'.

6) Connect to the wireless (GW-USMini2N) network that shows the SSID of PSP_AULJM05262_L_LOBBY0:

**NOTE** If you now hover the mouse over the Planex adapter icon, it should show the following:

PSP

You should now start to see people appearing in the online lobby:

To Play.

7) Select the user in the online lobby you want to play and select 'O' on their name and then 'O' again on 'YES'.

You will then see the following screen. Get ready to go back to your P/C!

This is the crucial part!!

After a couple of seconds, the game SSID will change and the Kai Engine SSID will also change to match.

8) You need to go back to the 'Connect to a Network' screen and hit 'refresh'.

Now you've got to be fast!!

9) It will find a new network to connect to, select it quickly and hit 'Connect'. The standard warning text message appears next - hit enter twice to confirm you've connected to the new SSID.

10) All being well after a few seconds, you should now be presented with the 'Character Select' screens.

If it didn't work, the chances are yours or the hosts timing was off and you will return to the lobby (where you'll have to change your SSID to that of the lobby once again to find players), where you can try again.

It may take a couple of attempts to work, so just experiment with the timing a little and you'll get there in the end!

Good luck :)
