Just recently i had purchased the MINI2 GW-US54Mini2W adapter to be able to play monster hunter freedom 2 online here on xlink kai with my macbook pro which is running leopard. i ran myself through the tutorial for mac computers, downloaded all the latest drivers ect.
And yet after all of this my psp game does not recognize other players in the lobby, im all alone out there. i ran through the tutorial again, i have the proper driver software installed and re installed it, messed around with the forced ports, every little detail i could think of and yet still no luck.
all the things are correctly put in, the driver recognizes the psp, xlink kai recognizes the psp, everything should run smooth.(which it is except for the lack of players on my psp screen...)
any information on this would be helpful, aside from being told to go buy a pc or run boot camp, both of which are unavailable to me.(no windows/linux os to run boot camp with)
thanks.. |

I'm assuming you followed this guide, correct?
http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=34952
Did you try enabling Internet Sharing under "System Preferences" > "Sharing?"
Is PSP XLink Mode enabled in the Utility Window?
Are you reachable on Kai?
If the problem persists, contact me and we can Screen Share via iChat to get this thing straightened out. |
