Is your network reachable? yes
Are you using a router? yes
Did you set a static IP on the PC running Kai? no
Did you forward port 30000 to the static IP? no
Did you click the globe after forwarding to see if your network goes reachable? yes and the network is reachable
What console are you using? xbox 360
Is your console being detected? yes (only shows the MAC address)
Brief description of your network setup: the xbox 360 and the pc is connected trough a switch (setup E) wich is connetcted to a router | edit: everything wired
Model numbers of the router, and modem? router: linksys wrt54gl with tomato 1.23 fw, switch: D-Link DGS-1008D modem: D-Link DSL-360R
Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it? yes, the integrated in vista, connections are allowed for xlink engine
Operating System? win vista buis. 32bit
Problem description? When I'm trying connect to the host, the games says connection error. connetction lost with the host. The games were on the same verison (halo 3 grid gow 2). I've tried the fix ip setup with port forwarding, everyting seemed right, but the connection problem was the same even with the new (7.4) clink client. Has anyone any idea?

Our pings are below 30ms and its stable (22-26). Many can join to the host in the game, exept me. That's why I think the problem must be somwhere in my setup.

But if I could get an xbox 1 game, we can make sure if it's a ping problem or not?

Yeah that would give you a better idea. Your ping to the host is what's important - the other players don't matter. And as far as I know nobody has figured exactly what the limit is either. We just know that above 30ms it never works.

Unfortunately I couldn't test it with xbox 1 game, but since the last week the system works. Really don't have any clue why is it works now, I haven't made any changes since then, but still, thank you for your help!
