how do i get kai to work with legit games through avalaunch?
as it doesnt come up with (Kai: xx) or anything... and in multiplayer... it cant find any games?

you need to goto the game's SYSTEM LINK menu...nothing to do with legit/piracy.

As posted a million times, Avalaunch have no updated their dash in a long while to support Kai's changes. Don't ask us to update it, we don't make it. Use XBMC if I were you
