(xbox user)
Sorry coz I'm sure you've answered this question hundreds of times and I'm guessing its a firewall issue and nothing to do with your fantastic software.

Is your network reachable?
Yes

Are you using a port-forward?
• For XBox users, allow the IP address 0.0.0.1 full access on both UDP and TCP.
I can't find anywhere in my routers config to specify this and so have switched off my firewall
• Also for XBox users, allow port 3074 full access
I have set-up forwarding for port 3074..
• Reduce the intensity of the protection ie. 'Medium' instead of 'High'
Don't have this option either

Is your console being detected?
Yes

Brief description of your network setup:
Xbox and PC connected (by wires) to Inexq Router ISW054t (xbox definitely has access to internet coz XBMC can lookup weather, info etc)
(i'm am not using XMBC to access Kai tho)

Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it?
I am not running any firewall on my PC but obviously my router has its built in firewall which I have disabled.

Operating System?
W2k

Problem description?
Everything looks like its connected yet I never get anything appearing on my console except "Looking for games", I have browsed into an arena and can see the other users and their ping times I just can't join any games.

Any assistance is much appreciated, thank you.

You've misinterpreted that. Those are *SOFTWARE FIREWALL* instructions. Definately not router port-forwarding instructions.

You only need to port forward 30000 UDP to the PC running Kai. Put 30000 into Kai Port in the Kai Config. Tool afterwards.

Thanks for your reply.

Ok I have added another forwarding in my Router Setup that forwards UDP port 30000 to port 30000 on my PC (running Kai) and have also in the Kai Conifg set the "Kai Port" to 30000.
(What is the Kai Deep Port, shall I leave this 0?)
This doesn't make any difference though unfortunately.

Could the problem be that I am using Halo (1)??? The other games I own don't have anyone playing online, so I can't try them.

I've got a PAL xbox, does this mean I can only play other PAL users?

I was just in an arena and some nice people told me they could see my ping and everything and they were trying to get me to join but still no joy.

Thanks again

Yeah, Halo has severe compatibility issues. PAL UK with PAL UK only. I'm setting it to solved, as that is the only game you have and it's what I believe is your only problem.
