This is my 1st time doing this and I just got everything set up, the PSP is connected (Doesnt have the lil psp pic up or saying if it is connected; just the numbers so just assuming it is.)
But I have no clue on joining another persons room. I'm in the private room/server and picked a random Gathering Hall and still not getting anywhere. Could any1 please help me?

The numbers are fine. you don't need the picture.
Are there people in the arena that you joined? There could be a chance that they are already on a quest.
Otherwise you will just have to wait - usually it takes me up to five minute before I can see anyone (or switch to another arena).
