Here is another helpfull hint for users of ICS that can't get it to work or others with a 2 NIC setup who just want to get kai going.

IF IT'S WORKING YOU DON'T NEED TO DO THIS!

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters
and change IPEnableRouter to 1
Then reboot.
