Yes, two boxes in the same house work. My friend brought his xbox down to my house and we played through it this past weekend. Both xboxs are modded and banned from xbox live. At one point, we had bad connection issues and couldn't find each other's game, even when we eliminated the router and directed connected the xboxs together with just a LAN cable.
Other than a couple of delays, we managed to get through it. We tried last night and today to connect to each other over Xlink and no luck! We both threw in Halo 3 and played through a round of slayer to make sure the Arena wasn't effed up and we could connect to each other perfectly.
It seriously has to be an issue with the game. |

2 new X360 games/ 2 great game / last 2 SYS LInk game... and not work XLink KAI

We test 3 hours....and nothing I Host free roam, FFA, Quick Match, Gang Matches, Casual Games....and 3 other Kai user talk: "no...no look Host"
And reverse...I no join Any host.
But the Ping (KAI) 6-10ms We play 80/25MB..and nothing.
Other Games Fine work...Last AAA game Sys Link support Splitner Cell C. perfect KAI game...but the LAST..... |

Ok , lets try one more time .
Please test the games in these Arena's :
Arena > Special Interest > Routing Mode Test Arenas
Try all arena's . If that doesn't work , then we are out of options .
These games have problems connecting :
Bioshock 2 , Lost Planet 2 & Red Dead Redemption . |

Is anyone having any luck yet?
I've tried in the Arena with my brother and we can't find the games. Our network configuration was all ready set to automatic so that isn't working.
I tried with my room mates and one can connect to my game while the other can't, but if he hosts we can all play fine. |

Well i have tried , but no luck even with everything on Automatic .
I'll guess that the game is broken .
I have posted this already on the Capcom Europe forum , but they don't seem to care .
I thing that the best thing to do is to remove the Arena  |

I was finally able to get it to work between me and my friend through a router. Still no luck going through Kai, in fact I had to turn Kai off in order to connect to my roommate although I'm guessing that was only to try connecting to others through Kai and not my local network. My roommate had everything on automatic (he has no reason to change them because he does not use Kai) and he had to host as he was unable to connect to my X box for whatever reason. So maybe the stock automatic settings do work as some people have said, but just not through Kai. I've seen several arenas every now and then, but I don't know if anyone has got this to work over Kai yet. I've tried about everything I can think of I wonder if a patch might fix it like it did for Red Dead Redemption. |

Lost Planet 2 works with XBconnnect(program).A guy from Brazil did say that played the game with a friend.I will test this with my friends to confirm,only in the next week. |

Hurry back I'm anxious to get this working somehow. episode 3-3 is a pain by yourself if not impossible. |

I'll guess so . The first patch of Read Dead Redamption fixed the system link as well . |
