Tha damn thing keeps redownloading the Kai UserInterface package on every engine start, reinstalleld the app but same problem.
Cant see Halo2 games anymore too (Maybe Mysql related?)

Operating System? WindowsXP Pro + SP1
Problem description? Can't see any games from Halo.

Your not going to want to have the kaiport be 34525
Try changing it to 34518 or 30000
as for the download loop and the fact you cant see games, i would sugest uninstalling deleting any leftover files/folders
redownloading the installer and installing again. |

34525 is the only port that works with my firewall, also it was working until this bizarre thing started to happen.
I did delete the entire Xlink folder after uninstall. |

well i guess that port will have to do then, the reason i advise against it is because that is the port the orbs use.
Check again and i think the download problem is solved. |

Tried the http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3733 solution and downloaded the separate packages, also changed to port 34518, no more re-downloads!
But Halo2 still doesn't work.
This is really strange Played Halo2 all week and then this?

PGR2 Works fine with the new settings. |

Hmmm, that's 2 people saying Halo 2 doesn't work now. But it's not those Live updates, that's for sure.. |

Yeah, i also tried Halo 1 without any success,
Like i said, other games are not affected.

Haven't done anything with the config, it just started working.
Go figure. |
