KAID not starting in Fedora 12?

hi tried to get kaiengine beta working with no avail on my Amahi Server (Fedora 12) but then tried the Stable release and got it to work along with gKAIUI once, i then restarted my server and now i can't run it? the following comes up in console

KAID: Kai Engine for Linux is initialising...
KAID: Failed to download orbital list...
KAID: Using cached system configuration
KAID: No KaiOrbitalServers are available...
KAID: Failed to initialise...

is there something i need to start first?
and is there a way of running the BETA (i have read and tried the fedora 12 prob post but didnt work)

Are you running kaid with root privileges? Use sudo or run it as root directly.

With regards to the 7.4 engine the problem is likely due to Fedora using older versions of certain libraries the engine depends on. I can't get the engine to run on RHEL/CentOS for this reason.

sry, i dont know kaid 7.0.0.7 and Amahi Server.
but, i think u can run kaiengine 7.4.18 (BETA) on ur fedora 12.

if u already installed wxgtk library package by yum, erase it.
