All you need to know about AdhocToUSB on a CFW PSP

New to Kai? If you have a custom firmware (CFW) PSP, then try installing this plug-in created by 'Yuki-Mi'. Using this plug-in (and some other programs and files) you can connect to other players and play ad-hoc, online games.

There are limitations though, as some games are unplayable with this plug-in alone, but if you're wanting to play Monster Hunter, then this is the free alternative to buying a wireless USB adapter.

Please check your PSP's CFW, obtain the specific files and programs (Google your CFW version with AdhocToUSB) and scroll to the bottom of this post to find the set-up and installation guides (for XP & 7)

**IMPORTANT** The AdhocToUSB plug-in WILL ONLY WITH CFW's 5.03 AND ABOVE. IT WILL NOT WORK WITH ANY CFW LOWER THEN 5.03, INCLUDING 5.00 M33/PROMETHEUS.

IF YOUR PSP IS STILL SUPPORTING CFW 5.00 M33/PROM OR LOWER, FIRSTLY, WHY? SECONDLY, UPDATE TO ONE OF THE COMPATIBLE CFW's ABOVE AND YOU'LL BE GOOD TO GO!

Please download the file/files below that match your PSP's CFW. Set-up guides can be found at the end of this post.

**Files Required**

Prior to the download links being removed, there were multiple links available which corresponded to your PSP's CFW.

The differences between them ONLY related to the 'AdhocToUSB.prx' and the 'bridge.exe' All the other files (Kai installer, PSP Type B installer etc) are compatible with all custom firmwares. There is a different AdhocToUSB.prx for the following CFW's (in total, 4 versions of it exist to date):

For users with: 6.60 ME-1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5/1.6/1.7/1.8, PRO-B9/B10 & GOD-A:

For users with: 6.35 PRO-B2 to B10, Neur0n's 6.35 CFW beta v17 Fix2, 6.35 GOD-A, 6.37 ME-6 Fix2/7/7Fix/8, 6.38 ME-1/2/3 & 6.39 ME/PRO/GOD:

For users with: 6.20 TN-D, 6.20 PRO B2/B4/B5/B6/B7/B8/B9(NIGHTLY) B10 & 6.20 GOD-A:
6.20 TN-E Fix DOES NOT SEEM TO BE COMPATIBLE and,

For users with: 5.03 GEN-C, 5.03 CFW Enabler 3.7, 5.50 GEN-B, 5.50 GEN-D2/D3, 5.50 GEN-D3 Prometheus (Versions 1 - 4)
