when I join an arena or host one, my computer will completely freeze after a few seconds. Any people I am in an arena with also stop moving in game but I can still move in game. I am playing MHP3rd.
Anyone know why this is happening, or how to fix it?
EDIT: The same thing just occurred while I was browsing through the arenas, I didn't even join one and my computer froze.

in the kai config try setting your network adapter to the one your using instead of autodetect.. also make sure your firewall isn't blocking kai.

I have done all that and the same thing happened, this time it happened on the general chat page...
I can't tell whether it's being caused by xlink kai or by the bridge but before I get the option to select MS loopback driver on the bridge console it comes up with 3 options, multithread, singlethread and singlethread2. Does my choice here affect anything?

In that tutorial I download all the files (v2 of the bridge) for 5.50 prome4
Will using v1 of the bridge help at all?

Ok, I use a router to connect my pc to the internet if thats what u mean, or if u mean my psp i use a usb. I'm going to be honest and say that the oage you sent me is very complicated, all I managed to get from it was that it had something to do with an ethernet adapter... unless i got that wrong as well

This is getting ridiculous, it's just crashing within minutes now Sad
EDIT: sorry for bumping old thread, this was meant for my other thread (where I'm trying to get help for the same problem) http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?p=233789&sid=084b10b5db92f8ed20fa82db1d4e27a0
