Help!!!

Is your network reachable? No
Are you using a port-forward? Yes
Is your console being detected? Yes
Brief description of your network setup: Netgear Wireless router, but PC and XBox are hardwired to the router.
Do you use a software firewall? Microsoft Security Essentials
Operating System? WindowsXP Pro + SP2
Problem description? I cant see any games in the browser thing and next to players and games it just has a question mark. The thing says i am on server TX France but i am in the UK?

The question marks is just a problem with the servers.

Try clicking the green arrows on the system you want and locate the game your attempting to play you should still be able to see them normally if it is caused by the issue above.

Also if I'm not mistaken the first picture you posted shows that your network is reachable.
