Are you using correct driver for your wifi adapter?
Have you changed PSPXLinkMode value in your wifi driver property to "Enable"?
In many cases, the driver for Windows XP only has PSPXLinkMode.
Even if you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7, you must install driver for Windows XP. |

Have you ever tried the automatic private IP configuration?
In the case of an ad-hoc network connection between wifi adapter and PSP, Windows will automatically assign link local address 169.254.x.x.

it still don´t work. My PC dont receives packets from my psp but the psp is detected and configured.
But what is the source of this problem? Maybe my WiFi Stick? But my psp is still connected to my PC.

RT71 is wrong.
In the case of Ralink RT2571W wireless chipset, correct driver is rt73.sys. See screenshot below.
Where did you download current driver from?
My WiFiMAX (Model No. WL-685R) is same chip as your TL-WN321G. I'm using this driver and it works fine for me. I think it works fine for you too.
