I realize that not all games may work cross platform, but since Black Ops 2 is one of those games that is ported between platforms with minimal changes I am hoping this game is one that works cross console. Has anyone tried getting this to work?

Sorry man, no xbox 360 games work for cross-platform multiplayer.

This is a policy thing by Microsoft and Sony. You'll likely never see a game that can be played cross-platform between their systems.
