Er a little help.

Ok I was having a major problem with my PC shutting off everytime I attempted to connect on my PS2, after searching on here I found that I had to shutdown the Network Bridge. Now thats done, PC stays on but my ps2 come up not config properly, I used to use Kai all the time so its a new problem thats come since the reinstall. the page on how to disable dhcp isnt working and this is what im guessing is the problem. any suggestions?

I don't have a ps2, but if I'm correct this is where most of the probs come from.

Turned of dhcp and now it works, searched google on how to do it and found this:
