unable to connect to a blackops game

hello all,

i am currently trying to use xlink with my ps3 but having problems. if anyone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

here goes:

i have a ps3 running CFW 3.55 connected to a netgear router by ethernet cable
i have a home PC with a single ethernet port and wifi but it is connected to the same router by ethernet cable
i have a laptop with a single ethernet port that connects to the same router by wifi
xlink tried is both the 7.3.1.7 and 7.4.2.2
router port is forwarded

when i open xlink on the home pc, turn on the ps3, the mac address turns red
when i open xlink on the wifi laptop with ps3 on ethernet, the mac address is blue
when i use my laptop wireless and connect the ps3 ethernet cable to the laptop ethernet port (with the wireless and ethernet ports bridged) and turn on the ps3, xlink engine crashes/shuts down

black ops is updated to 1.09

when i start the game and go to zombies lan, i cannot see a game nor can someone connect to me

when i go to multiplayer lan, i cannot see a game nor can someone connect to me

i always got to the european section in xlink since you always find someone there.

can someone tell me what exactly am i doing wrong?
