Problem with runtime error

here's my problem, i hope that someone can help me.

i would play mhp3rd on my PSP FAT using xlink and adhoctousb.prx to connect like i used to do various months ago
at that time all worked perfectly, i think it was version 7.3 or something

now i installed Winpcap, c++, silverlight, net framework and everything that is needed on my Win Xp sp3 OS.
I installed xlink, but when i connect to a private room (for example: PSP>Action>mhp3rd>europe>privateroom1) shows me the "runtime error" message for kaiengine.exe

i tried everything to solve it, i searched everywhere on the internet for people with a similar problem but i didn't find anyone who solved it yet.

can someone help me?
