psp monster hunter p.3rd can't see other hunters in the hall

Hi,
i've this problem that i can't solve.
I'm using kai with D-link DWL-122 (not G) network adapter.
In the metrics I'm reachable and the psp is detected by kai.

I Enter the arena with other players but when i enter the guild hall 01, (ad hoc channel 1) i can't see the other hunters in the hall.
Sometimes I can see the name of other players in the box on the top left of the psp screen but i can't see the hunters. i can't also join the mission started by other players.
The weird things is that the other players are able to see my hunter in the hall. (i know this because i can chat with them in the kai arena)
Re-kai and re-enter the hall do not have any effect!
How could it be possible?
Maybe i'm missing some kai configuration?

sounds to me that your psp's id storage is messed up you have to restore it this should solve yopur problem heres a guide http://forums.exophase.com/showthread.php?t=19435
