Do you have programs running in the backround that use alot of bandwith try to disable unnecesarry ones and see if you still disconnect. Open task manager and check the register card "processes" to disable some programs. In a different post you mentioned that you disabled task offloading did you make sure it is disabled ? You can check it with the command "C:\Windows\system32> netsh int ip show offload"

Does the problem occur with any number of players or just with a fixed number ?

Click Start, and then click Network.
Click on the Network and Sharing Center, and then click Manage Network Connections.
Right click on the Loopback adapter, and then select Properties.
Select the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) right click properties
Click the Advanced button under the General tab.
Click the WINS tab.
Click the disable NetBIOS Over TCP/IP button.
Click Ok.

Hope this will solve it.

Disable the two checkboxes of the loopback like in this picture just leave tcp/ip http://www.softcity.com/thumb/library/A/z/N/1/A/T/N/367/8-image8.jpg and give the adapter an ip and subent http://www.softcity.com/thumb/library/A/z/N/1/A/T/N/404/9-image9.jpg and uncheck "Enable LMHOSTS lookup" in the WINS tab where you disabled netbios.

If this wont work thers only one way left i can think of and thats to use wireshark and do an analysis of the packekts.
