You need to create a virtual server on port 30000 UDP from the DLink modem ot the Linksys router. Then from the Linksys router you portforward on 30000 UDP to the PC's IP that runs Kai.

There was an EXTREMELY similar thread only 2 days ago.

Thanks for the link...

however I'm having no luck, tried the following...

NAT Rule - Detail
NAT Rule Information
Rule ID: 3
Rule Flavor: RDR
IF Name: ALL
Protocol: UDP
Local Address From: 10.1.1.1
Local Address To: 192.168.1.1
Global Address From: 0.0.0.0
Global Address To: 0.0.0.0
Destination Port From: 30000
Destination Port To: 30000
Local Port: 0

also tried local port as 30000 with no luck.

then on my Linksys WRT54GS, enabled port forwarding of start 30000 to end 30000, protocol is BOTH, IP ADDRESS 192.168.1.100 (computer as shown via ipconfig)

still on network reachable: not yet...
