When I connect in kai loggin`s in xbox 360, my screen freezes. Anyone knows what to do?

Nao consigo conectar na kai pelo xbox, tranca a tela com a fsd 3?

I have already read, but I stiill haven`t a solution and i dont know how install fsd 2.2. thanks
