Is your network reachable? Sometimes (I have same settings enabled but sometimes it connects at other times it does not.)
Are you using a router? No
Did you set a static IP on the PC running Kai? No
Did you forward port 30000 to the static IP? At this time,No (I tried forwarding this port once but to no avail.)
Did you click the globe after forwarding to see if your network goes reachable? I have UPnP enabled.Sometimes it says "Yes" and sometimes it says "Not Yet" (But when i forwarded port it sometimes went reachable and sometimes it said "Not Yet" aswell.)
What console are you using? PSP
Is your console being detected? Yes
Brief description of your network setup: Using AdHoc-to-USB to connect PSP to PC through USB cable and PC is connected to modem via WiFi.
Model numbers of the router, and modem? Modem:FiberHome AN1020-25
Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it? I have disabled all firewalls.
Operating System? Windows 7
Problem description? I have problems seeing everyone else's pings in WebUI.Even when my connection goes (Network Reachable:Yes) I still cannot see other people's ping in WebUI.When I turned on the standard UI that does not need a browser to run I saw that I could not establish a connection to any player even though it said in the UI that my connection was reachable.I have tried to turn off UPnP and forward port (30000) but it still does not work.I have tried almost every solution I could find but have had no progress.I have also tried connecting my PC to the Internet Modem via Ethernet cable because I read somewhere that Xlink Kai cannot fully run wireless but I had no progress with that method aswell.Help would be very much appreciated.

Have you done a portcheck to see if the port is really open ? Have you checked if your modem has built in security options like "Disable anonymous internet requests" ? Or block UDP ports ?

I have checked everything that you have suggested and there is no option that can be causing this.

You need to port forward
http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/routerindex.htm

And then setup a static IP address to ensure that you are forwarding the correct IP address.

If you get stuck somewhere during this process just post back here and I'll try and help.

Have you checked the modems security settings ? Maybe you need to "allow anonymous internet requests" or a different option to make it work.

Have you tried to run kai with a disabled firewall just to test if it is causing the issue ?

Have you tried to setup a static Ip for your computers network card that connects you to the internet and forward ports to it, like [1up]Stickey wrote ?
