[b]Did you set a static IP on the PC running Kai? yes
[b]Did you forward port 30000 to the static IP? yes
[b]Did you click the globe after forwarding to see if your network goes reachable? yes
[b]What console are you using? ps vita
[b]Is your console being detected? no
[b]Brief description of your network setup: Linksys AE1200
[b]Model numbers of the router, and modem?Modem is Ubee DVW3201B router linksys AE1200
[b]Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it? avg n haven't changed it
[b]Operating System? Windows 7 Ultimate
[b]Problem description? isn't picking up console, can't determine if my adapter is even compatible need help.

Go to the device manager and check your adapters properties and look for PSP Xlink Mode--> http://img4.imageshack.us/img4/867/91672351.jpg If it isnt listed your adapter wont work with kai.

okay now i installed it onto a friends pc it worked fine had the xlink mode option but now that i tried to install it onto my pc he doesn't even have that option? i tried to re install n un install both doesn't work what now?

i got it to work on my own reporting back that its working.
