Xbox 360 detected but not configed (SOLVED)

EDIT: I found a fix for this, you need to set the alternate mac of the xbox to 001234 as the first 6 characters and every 2nd character for the last 6 must end in an even number, A, C, or E. the other 3 characters can be anything in range of 0-9 A-E. no restart is required

Problem description? Xbox 360 is recognized but only the mac is shown. no config appears to be preformed and no games appear in the server list of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
