Need Help on Setting up Xlinkkai for PSP

I need help on setting up xlink kai for the PSP, I checked the forums but it was no help.
I need a easy guide and a link for things I need for Xlink Kai.
I have Windows 8, Im trying to use a usb connection for the PSP by a laptop with wireless internet.
CFW 6.60 Pro-C2
I wonder I if I can use Xlink kai with these.

Also, the plugin has never been tested or confirmed working on CFW 6.60 Pro-C2 so cannot guarantee it will work for you, all you can do is try.
