XBox original games running on 360 via backwards compatibili

I have a few xbox games like halo 2 that i want to use online. Can i access xbox xlink kai through my 360 or do i need an original xbox

Games such as Halo 2 are perfectly fine to play on XLink Kai, for a full list of supported games see the below link, at this point in time we support the original Xbox, Xbox 360, PS2, PS3 and the PSP.

Support for the Xbox One and PS4 should be fine as the specs appear to show similar network hardware inside both consoles, a note for the Xbox One would be it still carry's the 30ms ping limit which does limit the range of players you can play Xbox One title's with but all original Xbox games are perfectly fine as they don't have this limit.
