Is your network reachable? Not yet
Are you using a router? Yes
Did you set a static IP on the PC running Kai? Yes
Did you forward port 30000 to the static IP? Yes
Did you click the globe after forwarding to see if your network goes reachable? Yes
What console are you using? PSP
Is your console being detected? No
Brief description of your network setup: PSP to Belkin to Actiontec via cable
Model numbers of the router, and modem? Actiontec GT784WN with uPnP enabled
Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it? Yes,Windows XP,Tried both on and off
Operating System? XP running Virtualbox
PSPXinkMode:enabed
Virtualbox Network Adapter: Bridged with Promiscuous Mode On
Problem description? No console found, Network not reachable.

As of the not being reachable have you try changing port 30000 to 0, or port forwarding port 30000 UDP?

About the system not being detect did you try manually picking your network adapter that your PSP is connecting too?
