Is your network reachable? No.
Are you using a router? Yes.
Did you set a static IP on the PC running Kai? Yes.
Did you forward port 30000 to the static IP? Yes.
Did you click the globe after forwarding to see if your network goes reachable? Yes.
What console are you using? PSP.
Is your console being detected? Yes.
Brief description of your network setup: PC connected to router wirelessly, PSP connected to Asus USB-N10 adapter.
Model numbers of the router, and modem? Router: Technicolor TC8305C.
Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it? No.
Operating System? Windows 7 32-bit
Problem description? Metrics says my network is not reachable. Port 30000 is open, I checked.

May sound stupid, but can you confirm you port forwarded port 30000 UDP on the computer that's running XLink Kai?

Also if you did not want to port forward you can try port 0 for UDP port.

Perhaps the set up directions should have specified UDP. I only saw this here after a lot of digging.
