Yeah, people still play CA but not S3. I don't get online often, but I've had luck finding people to play online during the following times:
Mon-Thurs: 6-8 PM EST
Friday: 6-12 PM EST
Saturday: not sure
Sunday: 4-9 PM EST |

If you have SOCOM 3 patch you could just play with CA people. |

I'll gladly play. I have my I and III discs beside me, and I just finally got Kai set up. Sadly I can't find my II and CA discs, but I have new ones coming in the mail next week or so.
