How do I connect my console? (see the 3rd post)

Hi!

When I try to download the .exe and run it in Windows 7 and run it in Windows XP SP2 and as administator it doesn't do anything and it gives me 0x80070005 Usage blocked -error message. And the message shows after the setup is initializing.

I also have the message, and it does not stop me from playing

It shows when I'm trying to install the program. I can't even install Kai. 7.4.28 that is.

EDIT: Well I have 7.4.24.0 now but how do I get my console to connect to Kai? I am reachable but cannot connect my console.

EDIT: Just connected my console! But is there players in PAL region? And seems like it still gets detached from the engine...

Would love to try if it works. And why do I see that there are 12 players in Socom II but when I join it it shows there are 0 players in PAL and 4 in NTSC? Where are those 8 players?

And how do I change orbitals? I tried that run the directory ADVANCED_SOMETHING but when I look Metrics it still says I'm in TX London.

Being unreachable could be no one else is in the arena with you. The 12 players in Socom II but not seeing them is the orbital servers being out of sync. Here are links for changing orbital servers:
