PS3 detected (showing blue) but never connects

Modem/Router: ASUS DSL-N11

Laptop: HP DV7 1211-TX
Laptop OS: Windows 7 - SP1

Xlink Kai Version: 7.4.28
WinPcap Version: 4.1.3

Setup
Laptop -- CAT5 -- Modem/Router (IP: 192.168.12.111)
PS3 -- CAT5 -- Modem/Router (IP: Automatic)

Checks
-- Modem/Router Port Forwarding 30000 to IP = yes
-- Modem/Router DMZ to IP = yes

-- Xlink Orbital Server = TX Red Sun
-- Xlink Network Reachable = yes
-- Xlink Network Card Locked = yes
-- Xlink PS3 Mac Address found = yes (showing blue)

-- Xlink PS3 Connected = NO

I have tried a number of various setup configurations and all of them get me to the point where it finds the PS3 but never connects.

I start up Borderlands and try to join a friends LAN Game however nothing is ever found and vice versa if they try to join my LAN Game.

Have I missed a step somewhere or is my current setup not yet compatible with Xlink Kai?

look
-game update all user need exactly update version
-DMZ i'm not sure you need that

configuration local ip
192.168.0.1 modem
192.168.0.2 to 225 lan computeur or other machine
no firewall

close antivirus and firewall
run xlink BEFORE whive admin right (all engine +ui ..)
start ps3 AFTER
look ip on connection information need ip on 10.x.x.x
