You block at your local port so if you using port 0 and that not working for you probably will need to port forward. If you not using port 0 you can change whatever your current port is and change it to 0. If that don't work will need to port forward.

If you not sure how to port forward Google your router brand/model and type manual, or you can look for it on http://portforward.com/. Warning though portforward.com try to get you to download adware.
