Xbox 360 Console Detection via Xfinity Wifi

Hello all, I recently established an Internet connection using my ethernet cable, laptop, and the Xfinity wifi hotspot. As such, I have not set up a router. Will this hinder me from Kai being able to detect my console?

If you have Xbox 360 hook up to computer it should work fine.

The interconnection was created to play locally, for this reason to play 360 in Kai, you must configure the 360 so, it seem to be struggling locally.

The configuration required to play 360 Kai is:

IP Address: 10.252.166.XXX (where XXX can be a number between 2 and 254)
Subnet: 255.0.0.0
Gateway: Static IP Address of the PC

Something you should consider is that if the PC has a dynamic IP, IP MUST watch that has the PC when playing at Kai and MUST put that IP Gateway.
