hi i don t speak well english and i got a problem on xlink kai. when i start the engine go out a message "the kai engine was unable to contact the xlink server. Please try again later (error code 400) i have followed all the guide in the forum to setup correctly xlink kai but i have this problem
i got a Wvista home basic and i want use xlink with a psp E2004
i have already try to unistall and install the program with geek or Ccleaner
i use opera for browser i hope someone can help me and again sorry for my bad english thanks |

Try Pressing Windows Key+R then type in %APPDATA% and press enter. Next a file explorer window should popup and right click XLink Kai folder and re-name it to XLink Kai2. Then after doing that try starting xlink kai again. |

Hi darklucario,
I just checked and our network is working normally, our datacenter had scheduled maintenance yesterday but it only lasted about 5 minutes.
Do you have any anti-virus software installed? Having found no issues on our end, something on your end must be blocking it. |

i have already done for the antivirus and the firewall plus when i copy the html of the page of xlink (not the main but that use for play) it goes out a message that says "500 internal privoxy server" or something like that |

An internal proxy error also suggests something on your PC or network is blocking XLink Kai |

thanks so i have to found this something and "destroy" it right? plus it be this the problem of the error 400? i mean if i solve the problem of provexy i can start kai without problem?

The first thing to try is changing your Kai Port from 30000 to 0 which allows the engine to assign a dynamic UPnP port if your modem supports it. Make sure you also go into Arena Mode which can also change the status of your reachable state. |

already done the port 0 and enabled the unpn on the modem
for arena mode you mean enter in an arena on xlink gui? |
