He has been dealt with several times already, stirring the pot and firing him up more doesn't help the situation either. We can't just promote you to moderation status as that would defeat the purpose of earning it, in saying that you can get moderator powers if you create a private arena which would allows to kick and ban players until you close either your private arena or the engine.
Aside from that, we are doing the best we can and still offer this free of charge to the community.
