An error occured updating the user interface

Got this error today multiple times when trying to log into Xlink. After the 4th try I WAS able to get in, but rit is getting harder. Was there some type of update? And how do I disable it? (Since my Mac is 2004 ish snow leopard on firefox)

EDITED: NOT SURE THE PROBLEM IS ISOLATED TO MACINTOSH USERS AS A FELLOW WINDOWS USER EXHIBITED THE SAME ERRORS

this also happened to me, it happened about 100 times, i kept trying, and it kept not letting me log in.

i restarted computer, tried updating chrome browser, tried different browsers, delete my xlink registry files, reinstall xlink, nothing. but on my other computer it works just fine with no error.

the way i was able to trick the computer to finally let me log in was like this.

it gives u 3 seconds from the time u click the xlink icon to start kai to the time it gives u the error. during that time, u will see the xlink icon breifly appear in the taskbar, u have to be fast and rightclick it and choose configuration before u get the error and the icon dissapears.

when u click config, it will load up a webpage which will fail to load because u will get the error by then.

so what u do is next is crucial. u click the icon to start kai and during the 3 seconds before u get the error, press refresh on that config webpage that failed to load earlier.

this will let your config page load and also put you through to xlink

please fix this if you guys can
