Cannot download Xlink (windows) from Web

I have had Xlink on my windows 10 64-bit since dec. 2016, and as of yesterday(5/18/17), It wouldn't let me sign in, kept sayin it is the wrong version or something, so I uninstalled it, and I tried to go to the website to download it again, and it says "XinkKai-7.4.30-win32.exe is not commonly downloaded and could harm your computer." I try to run anyway, and it also says "This app can't run on your PC, to find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher. Now I have never encountered this Smartscreen or Smartfilter bullshit, but I did some digging and found out how to disable it, but that will still pop up when I'm attempting to download Xlink, after 2 hours I was desperate and hooked up my custom Windows 7 64bit PC, and the same thing pops up, except no Smartfilter. I hope no one made a topic on this, I did look for one.
