need help please, I had the software running before the update a couple of days ago and then I uninstalled it and then tried to download it again. Every time I try to download it, the download of the application is only 14kb when the app says its 4.52mb so I know that is where the problem is. can there be a break in the link of the download? or how do you suggest I download it?

Same problem here, but mine is 15.1 kb... and it won't run once it's download, something not right.
