I’ve been granting the kaiengine network capture privileges with command below and would prefer to keep letting it run safely as a restricted user.

It isn’t necessary to have kaiengine run as root, and it introduces security risks. Could you please return this to the way it was, and let users know to run this command instead? Thanks

I would change this myself but I don’t see the source code anywhere so I have to rely on you guys Sad

sudo setcap 'CAP_NET_RAW+eip CAP_NET_ADMIN+eip' $(which kaiengine_arm)
