There times when someone may just be unreachable. If this is very common issue though you may want to try port forwarding. For port forward you want to set your xlink kai to static port to do so once you have xlink kai running go to this link http://127.0.0.1:34522.config.htm set port to 30000 then click save.
You want to go into your router next and setup port forward using UDP, port 30000 and your computer IP address that running XLink Kai.
You can get your computer IP address by pressing Windows Key+R then type in cmd and press enter. Afterwards type ipconfig | findstr IPv4. You want to use that IP address in your router settings.
Note your router may name it as port forwarding, or virtual hosts. If unsure you may need to look up, find your router manual, or contact their technical support.
