All,
Something that I used to do in the past with my brothers is schedule a regular day and time that we would all get on and play Xbox. (Usually it was Friday night after 9PM) I see a fair amount of people playing other games, but it's pure luck of the draw when folks get on and play.
How about if you want to play a certain game, post a date and time (with time zone) so others can jump in on it!

i'm down to play tenchu:return from darkness by monday ill have things running. i was a top ranked player in versus fighter mode on og xbox live servers i love to teach the game!
