Yeah i remember i had the old, old starfox ( which in the UK was called StarWing ) - for teh old SNES ... it was one of the first games wihch used the "superFX" 3d ship thing. Remember that big face at the end? Lol...

Looking 4ward to a GCN release of starfox - is it like 100% confirmed LAN?

Ya man, the memories. I had that game aswell, one of the best SNES games for shure. Almost every face of a geometric shape in that game was just a solid color with no texture. But the gameplay was so amazing it just didn't matter. Did you play SF 64? Can't remember the big face though.

Anyways, it was 100% confirmed by Namco themselves. But nobody has heard anything since about it. At E3 no LAN mode was included in the demos. Nintendo's site only lists it as up to 4 players, so that doesint prove that it does have LAN. So it makes me skepitical that it might have been dropped Sad

Hopefully not though, it would make a great online title.

It would be very cool if you could fool the game to believe it is connected to the PSO servers but you're just playing system-link.
