XBMc kai only list Halo and Outrun two, and non of the other network games as COling MC rae 2005, Halo 2. Why is this, and if I try to play Halo after joining an arena, Halo cant find any network games. Same with Outrun 2.
I would like to play on Kai, but I am unable because of this. For the record Kai on my PC is configured fine, everything works, but no playtime. |

You also might let xbmc set there for a 5 mins or more to see if it later adds the games. (I have the same problem however)
also you can edit the kai vectors xml file and add in the games you have, I have done this now for a few and they work fine, in your to lazy for that just use the arena browser find your game then start it manualy |

Fixed in todays build, see XBMC changelog for more info.
XLink engine/orbs were ignoring some XBMC requests, to address this I added a different mechanism for working out arenas for each game + provide a default kai-vectors.xml file with all known games arenas to date (however if you wish the file to be rebuilt, delete it and restart XBMC). |

Just got the 22nd build, and still not finding allgames. and only it named one something diffrent, ToCA Race Driver 2 was called DTM Race Driver 2
I had made my own kai-vectors.xml (granted I forgot to save it) if I redo it will the new setup not override it? |

the file cvs comes with has all known xlink games as provided by the XLink website, can you confirm its complete?
If you delete kai-vectors.xml xbmc will recreate it, you should not need to create/edit your own , however in answer to your question, xbmc won't override it if you provide your own/edit it - although since its supposed to be a 'complete' listing i can't see why you would want to except to 'rename' a game.
i don't plan to spend any more time on this issue but if you want to submit new logs i'll check them out (in this case use the kai-vectors.xml file provided in the CVS not your own edited version).
----
Note
assuming your kai games directory setting (case sensitive, no trailing backslash, no forwardslashes) is:
f:\games
valid examples of games xbes are:
f:\games\aGameDir\default.xbe
f:\games\halo\default.xbe
invalid examples:
f:\games\action\halo\default.xbe
f:\games\halo\halo.xbe |
