Think I've set things up correctly but kai doesn't see psp.
But to be honest the faq / guides are pretty much useless so far.

I have wifi router connected to laptop via cable the have laptops wifi set to only allow adhoc connections.

When I start Kai and check diagnostics mode I get the following.

orbital server is US Secondary West

public ip ##.###.##.##
public port 1337
network reachable not yet

network card sony 802....
locked yes
technology psSDK

I can start a game on ridge racers and it connects to the laptops adhoc connection but Im not sure whether kai works or not.
Some information / check would be useful.

PSP documentation is at a bare minimum right now, but almost all things still apply - check network reachable (no, in your case), check PSP is detected (not said if it has).

Follow the Quick Start Guide - http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/?go=quickstart

If in trouble, use http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/?go=help (step by step)

The same principles still apply. You still need to get network reachable, and PSP detected before you start doing ANYTHING.

The only internal wireless card we know works so far is the Vaio model (it's in the COMPATIBLE NETWORK CARDS) sticky.
