Hi everyone
I sucessfully configured infrastructure mode for the psp over an apple airport express, but i struggle with the ad-hoc stuff in ridge racers and kai.
my laptop is connect by wire directly to my cable modem, i'm using the internal wifi adapter to connect to my psp.
i start up ridge racers and initiate a game. the wifi card inside my vaio tr2 then sees the ssid sent by the game (PSP_AULJS_00001_L_0) and starts the ad-hoc connection. it assigns the wifi adapter a private ip in the 169 range.
i start up kai and check diagnostic mode, my network is reachable, but kai cannot see my psp. does this mean my wifi adapter is not compatible or do i have other options to solve this matter
any help appreciated

It should be addressing in the 192.x.x.x range. Kai only detects consoles on the same subnet. Play around with the network settings on the PSP / your router I suppose - I don't have one so I can't say much as to specifics.
