Ok, I have no problem on my end. I gave my program to my friend. When she trys to join my server, or any other it says...Tou can't join this party. Please wait a moment and try again later.... I thought it could be her firewalls so she turned them off and its still not working. Any one knows whats going on?

well we might need some more information..
What games are you trying it with? And she can SEE the games on her Xbox if I'm reading correctly?
I suggest you fill out a Help request with all the appropriate information, it's easier to help with all the info.
