I was wondering what the average lag time is while online with the Nintendo GameCube. I am very interested playing over the net and yes I know only three games are supported. Another question is what is the difference between Xlink Kai and Warppipe? Better servers? Better ping?.
and is buying a broadband adaptor worth it?

Thanks for your time.

- lag time(?!)
- Difference is its faster with Xlink. -> In a recent update they optomized something (I'm no techy), but feel free to compare the both.
- Better server is pretty much irrelevant (peer to peer connection).
- Your Ping is completly seperate (ie. independent) to the program you use.
- No its not worth 50$

30.00*1.25 = 37.50 * 1.15 (15%tax) = 43.13CDN$

it s getting cheaper in the US. the highest i have seen is $34 at Hastings. walmart has them for $29. The thing is with buying the BBA, there isnt many players on durning the day. you might find 3 or 4 one week and then have like 15 on one day. but if you make friends you can talk with each other to set up game times. If you have christmas (non denomitational winter season) money left over id say get one. i dont think there will be any new games with LAN maybe starfox2 but its like verry unlikely because they took Time splitters 3 off LAN. its your choice.

MKDD is fun on KAI Smile
